Priced on the decision.
Themisure is usage-metered on the decisions it renders, scoped and quoted per pilot. There is no per-seat license and no public list price: you start in shadow against your book, then pay on the decisions and scores you use in production. You keep your policy and your book.
The model, plainly.
Themisure sells the decision, not a tool that assists a human underwriter, so it is priced on the decisions and scores it renders rather than on the number of people who read them. We have no public list prices because every book is different; a pilot is scoped to one product line, then quoted, and production is metered as you use it.
Themisure renders the underwriting decision. It does not lend, insure, trade, or service the loan.
Three ways in.
Access comes in three tiers, set by who you are and the decision surface you need. They read the same typed contract and the same record; they differ in the call each one is entitled to make and the book it is scoped to.
- LenderFor credit, risk, and compliance leaders financing the book.
- The binding underwriting decision, rendered end to end on your book and defensible by construction, with the console, the portfolio view, and re-score on the packs you finance. This is the primary consumer.
- InsurerFor carriers and collateral lenders pricing the risk on packs they cover.
- The risk-pricing lens over the same assembled score: the state-of-health downside, the worst observable flag, and the near-term degradation rate, scoped to the packs you underwrite and subject to consent. It is a heuristic underwriting view, not an actuarial premium or a claim probability.
- PlatformFor used-EV marketplaces and aggregators integrating across their inventory.
- The full API, portfolio, and integration surface across your inventory at aggregator scale, the same decision and record contract the other tiers read, sized for volume and multiple books.
The for-lenders page walks the Lender surface in full: what the decision includes, what the console gives you, and the pilot path.
What every pilot includes.
The surface is the same whichever tier you hold. A pilot is not a stripped-down trial: you integrate against the full contract from day one, and the sandbox is free before you sign.
- The decision API
- One typed HTTP contract: submit an application and receive the decision trace, score a pack, read your portfolio, and verify a battery-health certificate.
- Hosted docs and SDKs
- A hosted API reference, a downloadable OpenAPI spec and Postman collection, and typed TypeScript and Python SDKs generated from the same contract, so nothing drifts.
- An isolated sandbox
- A free, fully isolated sandbox on deterministic seeded data, so you can build and assert against a stable contract before you sign.
- The console
- Where your team reviews the autonomous decision rather than making it: the decision stream, each decision's grounded trail, and the underwriting agent.
- Grounded, replayable decisions
- Every decision cites the policy clause and the applicant fact behind it, is tested for disparate impact, and can be re-run and reproduced to the byte against the exact policy version that was live.
- Verifiable certificates
- Battery-health certificates a counterparty can verify without an account, so a decision travels with proof rather than a claim.
Read the API reference for the full endpoint set, the sandbox, and the downloadable spec, and the compliance page for how the decision is built for US consumer lending.
How an engagement runs.
Every engagement starts the same way: in shadow, on one product line, so the decision earns the book before it binds. From there, production is metered, and the posture stays neutral.
- Shadow pilot
- Themisure runs in shadow against your book on one product line, so you watch every decision arrive grounded and replayable before it binds. Scoped and quoted per pilot.
- Metered production
- When it binds, you pay on the decisions and scores Themisure renders, metered as you use them. There is no per-seat license and no charge for the people who review the decision.
- Neutral infrastructure
- You keep your policy and your book; Themisure renders the decision on your policy and nothing more. No exclusivity, no lock-in, and the same contract whichever tier you hold.
There is no self-serve checkout: onboarding is pilot-first while Themisure is in a regulated pre-pilot, so the way in is a conversation about your book. Tell us the product line and the volume, and we will scope and quote the pilot.
